NORTH CANTON, OH, September 6, 2011 – Kenan Advantage Group (“KAG”), North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider to the petroleum, specialty products and merchant gas industries, announced that it completed the acquisition of Jack B. Kelley, Inc. (“JBK”). JBK is the largest independent transporter of industrial gases in the United States. The transaction closed on August 31, 2011.

NORTH CANTON, OH, March 2, 2010 – The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. (“KAG”), the nation’s largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and specialty products industries, reached a private fleet conversion agreement with DeWitt Petroleum (“DeWitt”). KAG will take over the company’s transportation fleet through its West Coast subsidiary, KAG West. KAG West will continue to provide dedicated services to DeWitt’s customers located in Southern California, specifically in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

(“KAG”), the nation’s largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and specialty products industries, announced it has completed an acquisition of the assets of Washington-based Reinhard Transportation (“Reinhard”). 

 NORTH CANTON, OH, September 22, 2009 – The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. (“KAG”), North America’s largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and specialty products industries, today announced it has reached a private fleet conversion agreement with Coast Oil Company, LLC (“Coast Oil”). KAG will take over the company’s fuel delivery operations while continuing to provide exceptional dedicated services to Coast Oil’s more than 100 retail dealers in Northern California.   KAG will also purchase Coast Oil’s private fleet that consists of six truck and trailer units. The agreement goes into effect October 1, 2009.

NORTH CANTON, OH, January 29, 2009 – Kenan Advantage Group (“KAG”) today announced it has entered into a five-year fuel transportation agreement with Hess Corporation.  KAG will be the single-source provider of bulk fuel transportation for all of the company’s gasoline-retail convenience stores in central and south Florida.

Canton, OH , August 27, 2008 - Kenan Advantage Group (KAG), North America's largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and specialty products industries, today announced it has opened a new fuels delivery terminal in Geismar, Louisiana.  The terminal will be managed by KAG subsidiary, Kenan Transport Company, and will share the location with sister company, Transport Service Co., of the company's Specialty Product's Group.

North Canton, OH August 22, 2008 - Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) today announced an update on Tropical Storm Fay as of Friday.  The center of the storm was just west of Gainesville at 8 a.m. Friday, moving westward at 6 mph, the National Hurricane Center said.  Sustained winds have decreased to 45 mph.  Fay is expected to weaken and move near or over the Florida Panhandle coast Friday night and Saturday, forecasters said.

March 20, 2003 The Kenan Advantage Group, the nation’s largest provider of bulk transportation and logistics services to the petroleum industry, was named BP’s Carrier of the Year for 2002. The carrier also received the BP Gold Award for safe, efficient, and environmentally sound service. August 8, 2002 PCT was awarded a generous monetary gift of $3,506.47 by Valero for the excellent carrier service PCT provided them.  Overall PCT realized an improvement in performance from 99.50% in 2001 to 99.66% in the second quarter of 2002. In fact, loads more than doubled in 2002 during the second quarter growing from 1,887 to 4,644 loads. PCT’s commitment to quality performance has fueled their recent strides. Valero considers PCT the best large carrier Valero uses and expects significant growth from PCT in the future.
