KAG Energy Team Gathers For Awards Recognition, 2023 Strategic Planning
February 9, 2023 – Over the last several weeks, the KAG Energy Leadership Team hosted their 2nd annual Leadership & Kick-off Meetings across North America, which consisted of two and a half days of celebration & recognition, strategic planning and 2023 focus items for execution. The purpose of the annual meetings is to ensure that KAG Energy, as both individuals and as One Team, is focused on the vital areas that will impact results – safety, people, customers, growth, execution and accountability. “It’s really the blue print our team follows in order to ensure we have a successful year servicing our customers and growing our business,” said Jason Platt, Executive Vice President KAG Energy.
Wrapped around this year’s theme of Trust and Accountability, the meetings provided the Energy team crystal clear communication of 2023 goals and expectations, and the approach as to “how” these will be accomplished throughout the year. The events also allowed the team to get together with senior support staff from the Operations Support Groups – Fleet, Safety, Sales, Human Resources – as well as the Executive Team.
“2022 was a record year for us. That would not be possible without our entire team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the best possible service and support for our customers and each other,” Platt added. Several leaders, along with their teams, were recognized during the awards ceremony for their outstanding achievements in 2022:
