Kenan Advantage Group Acquires Ashbridge Transportation

Canton, Ohio, August 11, 2005 – Continuing its strong track record of strategic private fleet conversions, Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) announces the purchase of Ashbridge Transportation Company of Johnstown, PA. Operating in central and western Pennsylvania, Ashbridge represents an additional operating base as KAG highway operating subsidiary Advantage Tank Lines continues to expand across Pennsylvania.

Ashbridge Transportation, which operates seven power units and seven trailers, currently generates freight revenues of approximately $1.25 million annually from over 40 Ashbridge customers.
