KAG Canada ‒ RTL Westcan Earns GoldThe KAG Canada team at RTL Westcan was recognized as the National Gold Winner in the Transportation category of Canada’s Safest Employers for 2018. This is the third medal earned by RTL, with another gold in 2016 and a silver in 2017.
KAG named a Top 100 TruckerInbound Logistics magazine recognized KAG as one of its Top 100 Truckers in 2018. From the pool of over 300 candidates, KAG topped the list based on survey results, online reviews and both customer and trucker recommendations.
Transport Topics announced Kenan Advantage Group as a “Top 100 For-Hire Carrier in North America” for 2018.
CARE AwardKAG Food Products in Gainesville, GA, completed a Tank Wash Audit with Cargill with flying colors. Cargill presents Customer Appreciation and Recognition of Employees (CARE) Awards to recognize and thank transportation providers for their great service.
Helping after the HurricaneThe Florida Petroleum Marketers Association presented KAG with an award for the company’s above-and-beyond efforts during Hurricane Irma. The team did everything they could to keep the fuel flowing as home and business owners tried to return to normal life.
Top 100 Third-Party Logistics ProviderOnce again, KAG Logistics was selected by Inbound Logistics magazine as one of its Top 100 third-party logistics providers for 2018.
KAG Team Members Receive Recognition CoinsRepresentatives of Travel Centers of America / Petro Stopping Centers went on a Midwest Appreciation Tour early this year. They visited several KAG locations to express their thanks for the professionalism of our team members, presenting them with limited edition “TA Coins”.
Going the Extra MileOur KAG Food Products dispatch team in Hope Hull, AL received many thanks from Ventura Foods for our team effort to aid with recent hurricane relief. The KAG team arranged to pick up five five-gallon pails with lids from Valdosta, GA and deliver to Baldwin, LA. The lids and pails were used to pack 15 different assortments of supplies that are being used for flood relief clean up in North and South Carolina. Thank you to Dispatcher Ange Hall, Driver Kedren Felder and Terminal Manager Dave Parillo for going the extra mile to help others!
