Advantage Tank Lines, LLC. was incorporated in September 1991 with a plan to capitalize on the strength of regional carrier North Canton Transfer, Co. to grow in new perimeter markets. And grow it did! From a start up fleet of three power units, the company has grown to a fleet of over four hundred power units today.

Recognized as the premier elevated temperature products carrier in the Midwest, BXI specializes in the transportation of coal tar, asphalt products, and oils requiring insulated and heated tanks. The company, which joined the Kenan Advantage Group in August of 2006, operates 84 power units and 113 trailers at terminal operations in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. The addition of BXI compliments our current asphalt and hot products fleets. BXI is authorized to operate throughout the United States, Mexico and parts of Canada; however, their primary operational focus is in the Midwest.
A significant bulk carrier on the West Coast, Beneto Bulk Transport joined The Kenan Advantage Group in May 2003 and subsequently changed their name to KAG West in October of 2006. With over 235 tankers located in California, Arizona, and Nevada, KAG West offers significant service capabilities to area shippers of bulk petroleum and related products.

North Canton Transfer Company (NCT) was originally founded in the late 1950’s and was later incorporated on March 25, 1980. The team North Canton built over the years remained extremely competitive and dedicated to providing customers with superior service. As a result, the company continued to grow in its northeastern Ohio operating area.
Steeped in history dating back to 1946, PCT joined the Kenan Advantage Group in 2001 in conjunction with the acquisition of Kenan Transport Company. PCT provides a wide range of distribution and logistics services. From their 24-hour central dispatch office in Addison, TX, the current staff of dispatch professionals coordinates the entire PCT fleet nationwide.
