NORTH CANTON, OH, January 26, 2026 – Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. (KAG), North America’s largest bulk transportation and logistics provider has completed a private fleet conversion with an existing global energy services customer. This growth reflects KAG’s proven experience supporting private fleet transitions, offering customers a seamless path to trusted, scalable transportation solutions.

Through this conversion, KAG will expand its transportation operations across numerous U.S. locations, delivering gas and diesel through its KAG Energy division. This includes the addition of three new markets – Kansas City, MO, and Pueblo and Alamosa, CO.

“We’re thankful for the trust placed in us to manage our partner’s transportation needs and for the opportunity to combine our strengths, expand our capabilities, and create even greater value for the customers we serve,” said Jason Platt, executive vice president of KAG Energy. Approximately 80 talented professionals will be joining the KAG team, ensuring consistent, reliable service.

KAG’s Private Fleet Conversion program allows companies to seamlessly transition out of owning and managing their own fleet while maintaining service continuity, improving operational costs, and gaining resource capacity. This partnership demonstrates KAG’s continued growth with existing customers, allowing them to focus on their core business competencies, while trusting KAG to manage their transportation operations and provide scalable transportation solutions across diversified supply chain markets.
